We are looking for a proactive and energetic Executive Assistant to support the CRO here at Intersection. You will be part of a company that is new, exciting and reinventing cities as we know them today. The ideal candidate will have strong executive presence with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, while remaining flexible and easily adaptable to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated experience interfacing with all levels of internal and external professionals, managing complex calendars and travel arrangements for senior executives and coordinating large scale meetings and events. A successful candidate must be flexible, a solid multi-tasker, polished and professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage demanding calendars
  • Communicate with internal and external client base, including executive staff and employees.
  • Arrange all travel and accommodations.
  • Coordinate and plan logistics for special events.
  • Assist managing employees who report to the CRO including helping with goals, roadmapping, 1:1 check ins, and general communication flow.
  • Provide daily schedule with highlighted priorities and tasks.
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as required
  • Provide backup coverage for Administrative team as needed

Required Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, minimum.
  • At least 3 years experience as an administrative assistant, CX associate, client facing or similarly fast paced role.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention-to-detail and positive attitude are a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent and sound judgment
  • The ideal candidate is passionate and curious to learn new things and continuous improvement
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, someone who can think outside the box
  • Tech savvy, social media guru
