Artivest is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to support the CEO and other members of the leadership team. You will join a collaborative, supportive, and close-knit team of financial and technology professionals and have an immediate impact on the day-to-day operations of our busy office. To successfully manage the many competing priorities of this role and the high level of external exposure, you must love solving problems, thrive in an all-hands-on-deck culture, have exceptional communication and organization skills, and demonstrate high level of professionalism and accuracy.

What You've Done

  • 4 year Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2-3 years work experience as Executive Assistant, ideally in the following industries: management consulting, wealth management, private equity, venture capital or investment banking
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

What You'll Do

  • Manage detailed calendars; schedule, arrange and confirm meetings and related logistics
  • Manage conference room availability and place catering offers for meetings and events
  • Manage CEOs communications with the team as well as external contacts
  • Enter client contact information and meeting details in CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Book and coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel
  • Book and confirm restaurant reservations and local transportation
  • Prepare and submit monthly expense reports in a timely manner
  • Proactively take on ad-hoc projects, including research, presentations and meeting materials
