The Role:

As an Executive Assistant at Intersection, you will provide high level, tailored administrative support to Intersection’s Chief Marketing Officer and President of Cities & Transit. You should have experience handling a range of administrative and executive support related tasks. You will also have demonstrated experience interfacing with all levels of internal and external professionals, managing complex calendars and travel arrangements for executives and coordinating large scale meetings and events.

What you will accomplish:

  • You will work closely with two members of Intersection’s executive team and will serve as the primary gatekeeper for managing their demanding calendars
  • You will perform a variety of support functions including the coordination of internal and external meetings/calls, preparing correspondence, booking travel and organizing team meetings
  • You will manage multiple projects and meetings simultaneously, including the creation of a Marketing team calendar and organization of Intersection’s Marketing collateral
  • You will be the primary point of contact for expense tracking, ensuring expenses are submitted in a timely manner
  • You will gain an understanding of Intersection’s Marketing and Cities & Transit organizations and become familiar with the respective team’s needs
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with all executives and assistants

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working on a marketing team and a desire to gain additional experience in the field
  • Administrative and executive support related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Must be flexible, a solid multi-tasker, polished and professional
  • Sufficient ability to prioritize calendars & meetings and ability to follow-up on issues in a timely manner
