RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting guests with a warm smile
- Letting employees know when their guests have arrived
- Offering water, coffee or cold brew and seat at the reception table
- Receiving and distributing packages and mail
- Answering the phone
- Taking and delivering messages
- Checking voicemails
- Ad Hoc office operation tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Familiarity with Gmail, slack, and dropbox
- Administrative work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to flex with the workload and adapt to needs as they arise
- Must be able to work full-time hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
