As the sole Graphic Designer you will be responsible for executing and expanding on existing brand guidelines to produce quality collateral for marketing and sales needs. You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing to translate brand and product strategy into conceptually-sound and effective designs across various touchpoints. As part of an agile and cross-functional team you will be a key player at fast-growing company where your ideas matter.
Job Description
- Execute all creative marketing efforts, both internally and externally, for Signpost
- Ideate and bring to life new and innovative marketing concepts
- Maintain ownership of creative marketing efforts which include both print and web designs, while working with manager and team feedback. Must be able to deliver:
- Landing pages and other digital/web design assets
- Sales collateral: product documents (overviews and 1 pagers), enablement docs
- Content collateral: eBooks, graphics, infographics, GIFs
- Digital ads: Facebook, LinkedIn, Adage, Adweek
- Sales decks
- Investor communications
- Work with outside vendors to produce print, video or other creative materials as you see fit
- Ensure corporate adhesion to brand style guide
We’d like you to
- Have BA/BS degree and 4-5 years of professional experience as a designer
- Be detail oriented, independent and well-organized
- Have a strong portfolio demonstrating clear understanding of the principles of typography and layout
- Be agile enough to design our email and landing pages
- Have a deep understanding of: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Have a good understanding of HTML/CSS
- Be well versed in designing for responsive sites and delivering assets to developers
- Have experience in the tech industry is a plus, and an A+ if you worked at a tech startup
- Thrive in a startup environment - where we’re making it up as we go
- Be curious, ambitious, and a rapid learner
