The Growth Hacking team is at the forefront of this mission, tackling one of the hardest challenges in healthcare today: getting people to take that initial (and biggest!) step towards living a healthier lifestyle. This is where you come in.
The growth engineer we are seeking will be a marketing and engineering hybrid. You will be working directly with our cofounder to understand how consumers discover and adopt our products, and will be translating ideas and mock-ups into code that works. Your code will directly impact how we increase user conversion every step of the way, moving the needle on acquisition, engagement and retention metrics. You will be working with a highly cross-functional team that covers engineering, content and digital marketing, UX/UI testing, and data analysis, and learn the approaches used by the best tech companies to grow their business by 10x and beyond.
The growth team moves very quickly, and you’ll be exposed to new challenges on a daily basis. This is an ideal role for someone who has either started in marketing and evolved into tech or vice versa, and you will have the opportunity to build your skills in both.
What We’re Looking For:
- A hacker mindset and a passion for working with numbers and data
- Previous experience in a technical role, whether as an intern or full-time employee
- Experience with, and interest in, Javascript, Python, SQL, HTML5, CSS
- Good communicator: comfortable explaining technical problems in-person and in-writing
- A team player: you enjoy collaboration, and teaching people new concepts
- Sense of responsibility and ownership over your work
- Willingness to learn a lot of new technical and growth concepts quickly
