The Job:

As Head of Marketing and Growth, you will be the leader for the conception and implementation of the overall brand vision and go-to-market strategy.  We are looking for a high-impact marketing leader who will be responsible for leading the product through launch as well as building our marketing team over time. This role is a key member of the company’s operating leadership team, and will own the budget, metrics, strategy and execution of our marketing programs, and the roadmap for optimizing our spend to deliver maximum return on investment.

About You: 

- You are driven, self-motivated, analytical, organized and ready to lead projects.

- Develop and implement outbound marketing and advertising strategies and programs to drive consumer awareness and adoption.

- You are capable of developing marketing strategies and leadership in media and content marketing across channels and new markets, in addition to executing initiatives.

- You have excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

- You will be responsible for implementing positioning strategies so that what we are building will add the most value to our end consumer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Envision and articulate the overall marketing strategy.

- Create and maintain long-term roadmaps for marketing optimization.

- Define and clearly articulate guidelines, principles, expectations, goals and success metrics for marketing.

- Own accountability for key initiatives within marketing.

- Be a public face of our marketing and brand, communicating our long-term direction to the community regularly. 

Qualifications:

- 3+ years experience in media and marketing communications.

- Experience building consumer entertainment experiences, and marketing programs.

- Experience in analytical online marketing.

- Direct and cross-functional management skills, including demonstrated experience being part of a leadership team.
