5+ years experience as a Production Executive or Production Supervisor.
Expert level understanding of the full production process from conceptualization through final delivery
Experienced managing junior level production staff
Familiarity with production budget, schedules, and logistical procedures
Strong organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail
Familiarity with digital media landscape and passion for theSkimm's brand and products
Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to bring in projects on time and on budget
