The jobJustworks is seeking a Program Manager for our HR Suite. The Justworks HR Suite encompasses customized resources, customer trainings, and access to HR support specialists. That is considered the “outsourced HR” piece of PEOs. The HR Suite Program Manager will create a customer roadmap and drive cross-functional collaboration to develop and enhance the resources, training, and messaging aspects of outsourced HR. Partnering with the HRIS product and development team, the Compliance team, and the CS Team of HR specialists, you’ll prioritize the right messaging, trainings and resources to share with customers, and create avenues to do so - whether in-app, in our newsletter, in person, or via email. You’ll also be responsible for the branding and marketing of our HR resources in the marketplace. This is a role on the Product Management team and brings together aspects of many different functions.
What you'll doHR PROGRAM
- Craft a marketing and product strategy for the resources, training, messaging, and support aspects of Justworks’ HR Suite.
- Craft a strategy for customer trainings via the app as resources allow:
- Admin HR training (webinars, resources, on-site) regarding employer obligations, changing or new regulations, HR best practices
- Create or partner with third parties to develop EE training program offering (required trainings, compliance and ethics, employee development)
- Develop a strategy for customer support and education at every stage of the employee journey, including recruiting, onboarding, employee development, change management, and termination:
- Review crucial admin/employee touchpoints in app and craft education strategy around each one (eg. hiring and onboarding - what do employers need to know about I-9s to support customers in compliance; what are the payroll and tax concerns to keep in mind for employees on a visa; what is new hire reporting and why don’t I have to do it)
- Own the HR Resources center and ensure timely and customized content for customers
- Work with Customer Success (CS) to create comprehensive Help Center content that aligns with Resource Center content and HR Program generally
- Own the cross functional execution of your strategy, partnering with the HRIS product and development teams, the CS HR support specialists, Compliance, and Content/Communications
- Work cross-functionally to devise new opportunities and offerings in our HR program to our customers (performance management, people analytics)
- Partner with Compliance to keep an ear to the ground on new HR trends and issues we should be informing our customers about by partnering with Compliance, Employee Success, and outside services as needed
- Lead the delivery of HR-related industry news, regulatory and compliance developments to our customers
- Develop new communication channels to share and distribute the above (e.g., industry and HR newsletter (separate to customer newsletter) with a digest of recent developments, regular webinar series)
- Prioritize messaging for customers and ensure timely delivery via multiple channels as appropriate, likely working with Product Marketing to deliver
- Create and own success metrics for product initiatives in this area
- Serve as point person internally and externally for Justworks outsourced HR value proposition (work with HRIS PMM)
COMPLIANCE PROGRAM
- Create program for promotion of and/or customer education regarding EPLI
- OSHA posters - manage the way Justworks offers this service
- Work with compliance team and HRIS Product Manager to prioritize HR needs in-app, liaise directly with Compliance to prioritize customer messaging
- You have program management experience
- You have experience in employment law, SHRM certification, or have worked in HR
- You have a strong ability to collaborate with multiple functions within an organization
- You are passionate about Human Resources and the delivery of this service at scale across the entire nation
- You think strategically about how Justworks can deliver on-brand experiences for our customers - both employers and employees - that are compliant and useful, via the most appropriate communications channels
- You have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- You are organized and can map multiple projects across the entire program spectrum
- You are creative and think outside the box
- You have marketing experience and think about how we can package our services as a market offering
- You have experience working with software development teams
