What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a HR Director with the ability to diagnose problems , identify and drive appropriate solutions. The successful candidate will be able to interact effectively with Sisenser’s at all levels, possess excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the agility to function in a fast-paced and innovative environment. This is a new role in the company that combines hands on execution duties as well as high level strategic and coaching capabilities.
What Will You Do?
The HR Director will play a critical role in helping Sisense US maintain and excel company culture during hyper-growth. As the HR Director you will Continuously asses and understand business priorities to translate into HR approaches that support the business. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with the ability to roll up their sleeves and dive deep into practical application.
- Partner with managers to develop and drive plans that structure, process and culture
- Provide day to day HR support with input on business, workforce planning and employee management and development
- Develop and Execute company-wide HR programs and practices
- Advise, coach and drive leaders/managers on employee issues including; performance management, high potential identification and performance reduction

- Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
- A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
- Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment

- Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement

- Ability to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced, frugal environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities.
In Addition:
- 3+ years experience in an HR Business Partner role
- BA in related discipline (MA Preferred)
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience using and presenting data to make business decisions
