The Opportunity:

Shutterstock is looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst with a passion and desire to help build out our Workday Ecosystem alongside a growing team of smart, friendly, and committed HR professionals. This position is for an individual contributor role within the Total Rewards & HRIS operations structure that will partner closely with the HRIS Manager to maintain and improve systems; provide timely support to any assigned functional areas as a technical subject matter expert; and assist on current and future HR and HRIS initiatives where needed.

The Position:

  • Provide high quality support as a Workday subject matter expert who can troubleshoot and resolve both technical and non-technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain system configurations, and take part in projects aimed at improving and implementing new Workday functionality.
  • Assist with system testing, and implementation of periodic upgrades or modifications.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting, and auditing requests as needed.
  • Create and maintain user, and project documentation for enhancements as needed.
  • Participate in other HR related special projects and initiatives as needed.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Able to maintain confidentiality at the highest level. Strong personal work ethic, integrity, and consistency of work output are a must.
  • Mandatory 1+ years using Workday with a deep understanding of one or more of the following modules: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance, and Talent.
  • 3+ years of relevant HRIS experience.
  • Proven track record of being able to troubleshoot, and propose the correct solution to common mistakes and errors encountered.
  • Fast learner with the ability to think outside the box to resolve more complicated issues.
  • Able to work autonomously, and adapt to changing deadlines as needed through strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating with business partners, project team members, and/or management teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, project management, and/or reporting writing a plus.
