We are hiring a Summer Intern to work closely with our HR team on various projects, and day to day talent acquisition tasks. This is an opportunity to be exposed to the multiple faucets making up our team including recruitment, benefits, data analysis, and HR in general. Key Responsibilities:

• Working in tandem with our talent acquisition team during the full lifecycle of recruitment including sourcing candidates, screening resumes/applications, scheduling interviews; and potentially screening candidates depending on ramp-up
• Helping to build out our HR intranet by compiling information to create 1-pagers and other documents for both external and internal HR use
• Analyzing data from employee/candidate surveys and building reports to map out actionable items
• Various other short- and long-term projects focused on topics such as our competitive landscape, job descriptions, and our applicant tracking system

Requirements:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task and juggle competing priorities
• Solid research and data-analysis skills
• Strong familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google applications
• The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn!
