We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to join our rapidly growing campaign operations team. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing on the plan to onboard new Brands quickly, so that they can run advertising campaigns on our innovative and proprietary Programmatic Direct Mail platform.

Our ideal candidate is organized, patient, proactive and tech savvy. You are service-driven, and your colleagues count on you to keep projects moving on time and on task. You excel at creating detailed plans and executing against them. You can also troubleshoot technical issues and offer suggestions without needing support from engineering.

Your Contribution:

  • Manage the onboarding process including JavaScript tag placement, data normalization, creative approvals and client education
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Strategy and Optimization teams to recommend and implement technical solutions to achieve marketer goals
  • Coordinate resources when needed to efficiently launch new brands on the PebblePost platform
  • Prioritize and execute against multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Communicate directly with clients and internal teams from kick-off to completion of the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate status reports for each project and identify ways to improve efficiency

You Are/Possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data normalization techniques
  • Intermediate proficiency in JavaScript and HTML
  • 2-3 years of implementation and/or project management experience in a digital advertising, online media, or SaaS environment, with strong emphasis supporting sales organizations and advertising clients
  • 1 year of digital campaign operations experience with a publisher, network, DSP or ad tech provider
  • Professional communication skills, both internally and externally with customers. Ability to articulate thoughts and concepts fluidly. Personality to quickly build rapport and build professional relationships
  • Project management experience
  • Quick learner and detail oriented; critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with the Google suite, JIRA and Confluence tools

Would be awesome if you also had:

  • Strong interest in the digital media, advertising, and emerging technology industries
  • Working familiarity with a broad range of business functional disciplines, including ad sales, creative services production, revenue operations, inventory planning, yield optimization and marketing
  • Knowledgeable about industry ad categories, various modes of online ad sales channels and ability to translate those customer requirements into technical/operational solutions
