Reporting to the Vice President, Industry Solutions, the Industry Solutions Director will play a key role in Crossix’ commercial efforts. In this role, you will support sales efforts at key pharmaceutical and agency accounts, acting as a subject matter expert on Crossix data, methodologies, products and differentiators. You will be expected to effectively communicate the Crossix story to customers in clear and compelling ways and also work with internal teams to ensure that pre-sales deliverables (including analysis and sales materials) of the sales process are being delivered to the necessary specifications. 

What You'll Do 

  • Work in dedicated partnership with the sales teams on end to end client solutioning, leading pre-sales analytics and research through proposal creation and contract creation
    • Devise innovative ways to use Crossix proprietary data and techniques to demonstrate power of Crossix offerings to clients and prospects
  • Provide subject matter, data, and analytical expertise to sales calls
    • Knowledgeable of the intricacies of all Crossix products and offerings, including an ability to speak confidently and answer all client questions
  • Work with various internal teams to move opportunities forward
  • Support product development through client feedback loop
    • Function as a vital feedback gatherer and generator to develop enhanced product features
  • Master core analytics methodologies, processes, and capabilities

What You've Done

  • At least 7-10 years of successful client services and/or sales engineering experience
  • At least 3 years in an analytical role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects and working effectively across functions and with peers
  • Experience with pharma/healthcare required
  • Ability to use critical thinking to identify solutions to client business needs
