What are we looking for?
Integrations are the foundation of the JOOR platform. Our brands’ and retailers’ businesses rely heavily on integrations to seamlessly exchange their wholesale data with JOOR and their partners. Integrations are the first step towards positioning the JOOR marketplace to become the industry standard for wholesale transactional data - and we’re activating more and more every day.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Integrations Manager to help lead efforts both from a strategic and execution-driven standpoint. You’ll utilize business development skills as you strive to effectively monetize the product and services offered by JOOR’s integrations. You’ll be responsible for driving the team’s strategy to develop and maintain advanced, turnkey integrations with our clients. You’ll use data analysis to continuously improve the team’s product and process.

This role requires tight coordination and collaboration cross-functionally, from managing client relationships to working closely with our engineering team. You will partner with clients to solve their business needs through configuring integrations with their backend systems. You know the technical inner-workings of the platform and are not afraid to get your hands dirty one minute, and present a high-level solution to a client the next.

Who are you?

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree from a Top Tier University
• You have 2-3 years experience working at a Top Tier Consultancy firm with experience implementing technical business solutions.
• You’re a motivated problem solver with an appetite for growth in a fast moving, industry defining business.
• You thrive working alongside technical client leadership, putting together integration project plans, organizing client testing sessions, and triaging integration issues.
• You have experience working with ERP/PLM/POS systems, SaaS technologies, and/or Web-based e-commerce platforms
• You have experience working in an extremely fast paced environment
• You have experience in a client-facing, project-based role
• You have experience working directly with a development team
• You have experience working with complex data sets
• You’re a natural at effectively communicating technical information to audiences of any background.

What will you do (typical day)?

• 9:30AM - Lead a call with a new European client discussing integration solutions for their brand.
• 10:30AM - Join daily standup with team to discuss the day’s and week’s priorities.
• 11:30AM - Collect business requirements from a large retailer to help design a new integration with their backend system.
• 1:30PM - Meet with the engineering team to review the functionality of a new integration feature.
• 3:00PM - Lead a call with an ERP system to discuss a potential partnership and universal integration.
• 4:30PM - Review the current integration landscape to identify new clients to target for implementation projects.
• 6:00PM - Test and activate a new customer data integration with a brand on the west coast.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working with APIs, flat file import/exports and/or FTP servers
• Experience navigating a Unix server environment
• Experience in Business Development and Negotiations with Outside Parties partnerships
