What are we looking for?

Integrations are the foundation of the JOOR platform and this will be a pivotal role within the organization.We’re looking for an Integrations Project Manager to help lead efforts across the entire company. You will be working with clients, our internal account team, as well as our development team. As an Integration Project Manager, you’ll manage the end-to-end project management between the Integrations Team, other JOOR teams, and our Customer Base.

Who are you?

  • You have 2-3 years experience managing project timelines, tasks, and development efforts with both the internal technical teams and customer teams
  • You’re comfortable working alongside technical client leadership, putting together integration project plans, organizing client testing sessions, and triaging integration issues.
  • You’re a motivated problem solver with an appetite for growth in a fast moving, industry defining business.
  • You over-communicate and ask questions.
  • You focus on long-term best practices.
  • You’re intensely organized and focused.

  • You will assist with the integration of our products using various technologies.
  • You will identify and effectively communicate project requirements with a diverse group of roles within our customer's organizations, to keep customers on plan and on schedule.
  • Improve processes and systems for a more efficient client experience
  • Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality.

What Skills do you have?

  • Degree from a Top-Tier University studying Information Management, Business, Engineering, or Sciences
  • Process-centric thinking and strong organization skills, including ability to communicate to non-technical audiences
  • Microsoft Office Power User with strong emphasis on Excel manipulation and reporting
  • JIRA Power User or similar ticketing software experience
  • Familiarity with database structure and querying
  • Experience working in an extremely fast paced environment
  • Experience in a client-facing, project-based role
  • Experience working directly with a development team
  • Can create a project plan like a champ
  • Curious
  • Detailed orientated to the micro-level
