WHO WE NEED

The Client Success team aims to deliver innovative programs with exceptional results to our partners. The Inventory Operations Manager will contribute to this by finding patterns across our varied data sources, using creativity and analytics to answer the unanswered, and making the unknown work for each of our partner programs.

We are looking for someone who is excited to apply their analytical skills and hands-on experience to help identify innovative ways to maximize performance for our clients, uncover areas of opportunity for the business, and reduce inefficiencies across all programs. You will be the lookout -- expected to spot the gaps to enhance all of our inventory management. But you will also dive deep into each program, knowing every data point in order to direct the micro changes needed to make it even more successful. You should possess experience in analyzing large, discrete datasets and an ability to identify the signals that will make an impact to program performance. In addition, you should love solving the tough problems, working with an ever changing set of variables, and have a passion for driving results for a client’s business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Exceptional analytical skills with an equally strong attention to detail; ideally possessing expertise with SQL, VBA, or similar
• Self-motivated to quickly identify gaps and put in place process & analysis to enhance inventory management and create repeatable program performance
• Ability to lead high-visibility projects from start to finish with measurable results
