Cadre is looking for a talented, analytical, and highly motivated Investor Relations Associate who will be responsible for a variety of critical functions relating to existing and prospective investors. The IR Associate must be a team-oriented, entrepreneurial, self-starter who is forward thinking and excited to grow with an industry changing business. The IR Associate will have the opportunity to collaborate across the firm to help shape business, investment and product strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Work with senior team to create investor marketing materials, including presentations, case studies and analyses
• Oversee maintenance and distribution of investor communication materials, including marketing items, DDQs, etc
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with investors through email, phone, and in-person meetings
• Assist in analyzing investor preferences across geographies, asset classes, and investment strategies to inform Cadre’s investment sourcing and capital raising strategies
• Assist senior team in identifying and pursuing new sources of capital
• Assume responsibility for management of CRM database (Salesforce)

What You Have:

• High level of attention to detail
• Highly organized, able to manage and synthesize large amounts of information
• Able to respond to rapidly shifting priorities and operate effectively in a time-sensitive environment
• 2+ years relevant IR / industry background with some client-facing experience
• Willingness to travel (limited initially, may increase over time)
