As Attune's first hire devoted 100% to IT support, you'll be the go-to person for all things IT, networking, security, etc.  You will build great working relationships and join a collaborative community that solves big problems and has fun while doing great work.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • VoIP/PBX telephony system configuration for our customer care group, along with troubleshooting and maintenance
  • PC and MAC configurations/troubleshooting/repairs
  • Tackle thorny security-related IT issues, particularly as we are a financial services / insurance company
  • Handle end-user requests; troubleshoot, diagnose and repair hardware, software, network and peripherals issues
  • Drive IT project planning
  • AV equipment setup/troubleshooting
  • Set up new employees – collecting requirements, purchasing, imaging, setup, deployment, education and follow up
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and vendors
  • Research, recommend, purchase and deploy IT hardware and services
  • Documentation of systems for end users and other IT personnel

You have experience in:

  • Demonstrated technical know-how of OS X, MS Office, MAC Office, Windows 7
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT technical support position supporting Windows and Mac systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Being detail oriented and taking on ownership
  • Passion for new technologies and drive to provide an excellent customer service experience for all of our employees
