Job Description
As a Junior Customer Success Manager you will champion SportsRecruits’ customer onboarding experience. You will focus on all components of fully launching the SportsRecruits platform within the customer's organization, and contribute to their ongoing success with the platform by offering feedback and support. Part of that feedback and support will come through consistent contact and communication with our existing members.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage the daily workflow of onboarding new and renewing users to the SportsRecruits platform
- Ensure all customers start with a positive user experience through internal systems and checks
- Contact existing customers to schedule Quarterly Business Reviews
- Plan and participate in customer Quarterly Business Reviews
- Act as liaison between customers and other department teams as necessary
- Contribute to and help maintain existing and new customer-facing resources
Requirements
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Superb organizational skills and a desire to tackle complex projects
- Excellent communication skills (both written and orally) are a must
- Flawless attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
