As a member of the finance team you will work cross-functionally with all departments of the company. You will work especially close with Account Managers to ensure studio partners are paid on time and accurately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for processing high volume transactions to pay our studio partners and serve as the main point of contact for all invoice and payment inquiries


• Continuously develop, expand and improve all expense processes and procedures


• Process all invoices for payment (domestic and international) with accurate expense type coding


• Form 1099 maintenance and annual reporting


• Review and process employee expense reports and credit card bills via Abacus


• Team collaboration during monthly, quarterly and annual close


• Assist in annual audits


• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and generally accepted accounting practices


• Assist the Finance team with other ad-hoc projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar


• Creativity, flexibility, adaptability, and an ability to work cross-functionally


• Detail oriented, well organized and able to meet deadlines


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to manage multiple projects at once


• Knowledge of Bill.com, Abacus and Intacct a plus


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills desired
