WHO ARE YOU

A highly strategic partner who will give Outcome Health a competitive edge by developing and shaping the overall narrative and go to market strategy in order to help grow our Life Science’ business. You combine strong strategic thinking and marketing skills, and have the ability to work cross-functionally at senior levels. You must have significant experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or Life Science industry; demonstrated success working in complex businesses, on a global scale is a plus; have strong analytical capabilities; as well as exceptional communication and presentation skills.

As the Life Science Strategy & Business Development Director you’ll work across the internal Marketing, Product and Sales teams. You must have the gravitas to sustain and grow new and existing partnerships at the C Level and with P&L owners in support of our ambitious growth expectations. In addition you will help to nurture and sustain our Life Sciences Industry Council and Exec Advisory Committee.

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic consulting or sell side investment banking with a focus on the Life Science industry
  • Deep sales/marketing background within Life Science and the ability to consult with Product teams to help shape features development based on industry needs
  • Outstanding analytical, presentation and communication skills along with the ability to influence at the C Level
  • Management skills including an ability to persuade leadership, cross-functional teams, and people who aren’t reporting directly to you
  • Ability to drive strategic insights across the Outcome Health business and work with Sales and Marketing operations to optimize their activities and processes
