The Role:

As a Link Project Manager at Intersection, you will be responsible for supporting multiple projects to ensure project objectives and schedules are met. This role involves engaging with cross-functional team members, executive staff, vendors, sales teams and clients. You must possess the ability to promote collaborative decision-making, provide direction and establish a sense of urgency within the program team.

What you will accomplish:

  • Oversight of all phases of project execution and the single point of contact for those projects
  • Oversee project work and drive the necessary project control points including critical path management, resource planning, budget, risk mitigation, issue management, planning assumptions, change management, and project dependencies
  • Assess the impact of shifting project priorities, strategies, demands and timeline modifications to the program and managing communication of those impacts with relevant stakeholder, including executives, clients, municipalities and vendors
  • Execution of internal and external project and program status reporting and communication plans
  • Travel domestically and Internationally as needed

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated program/project management experience in overseeing large projects, including operational, contractual compliance and financial responsibilities
  • Experience with project Management and software development methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with digital installation and/or municipal project e strongly preferred
  • Strong Experience in End-to-End Planning and Project Execution
  • Experience supporting application development projects required, experience with agile software methodologies preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills and comfortable under pressure
  • Well versed in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, JIRA, and other project management related tools
  • Superior verbal, written, presentation, meeting facilitation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, support and interact with different project teams
  • Must be flexible and adaptable in agile environments
