About the Role

The Client Solutions team acts as Eyeview’s subject matter experts in product and operational divisions. The Client Solutions Manager will work directly with our Fortune 100 clients, contributing greatly to the company’s success. You’ll be involved in everything from supporting the sales team in new business pitches, developing strategy to ensure client retention and growth, to working closely with technical teams on sophisticated client programs.

Responsibilities

  • Understand CPG customers' needs in-depth acting as strategic consultant for new business and existing client upsells
  • Create ongoing solutions that take into account the following:
    • Measurement plans that meet client business goals and KPIs
    • Integrations with third parties (DMP, CRM, and attribution partners)
    • Creative strategy
    • Analytics/consumer insights
  • Actively meet with clients and bring marketplace feedback to internal teams (product management, product marketing) to influence products Eyeview brings to market
  • Oversee new product rollouts and work with internal teams to successfully execute
  • Work closely with analytics to scope campaign KPIs to ensure they are set up for success and accountable for campaign performance

Requirements

  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal presentation)
  • Analytical with the ability to build recommendations and action plans based on data
  • Industry (Ad-tech) savvy
  • Client facing experience
  • Experience in working closely with customers and multiple internal stakeholders
  • 3-4 years media agency experience preferred
