About the role

We’re looking for a versatile marketing manager to join the CRM team. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple aspects of marketing, including promotions, customer segmentation, events, and project management. This individual will play a key role on the team, coordinating major projects within our team and across multiple departments at FanDuel, as well as driving the strategy and execution of specific CRM programs.

 What you'll do

  • Develop and own key programs in the customer lifecycle to drive conversion, retention, and monetization
  • Collaborate with CRM and Digital team on building digital retargeting strategy for all CRM programs
  • Provide support for all aspects of our live events, including creative ideation, vendor selection and management, customer communication, and day-of operations
  • Play a central role on the CRM team by project managing multiple projects within the team, as well as across different departments (including Product, Product Operations, Finance, Design, and Customer Service)
  • Maintain project documentation, status reporting, internal project management application, and best practices

 Who we're looking for

  • A track record working in a strategy, CRM, or project management capacity
  • Solid understanding of business planning, marketing testing and reporting methodology
  • Experience with customer lifecycle and segmentation strategy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and proactively identify new projects
  • Ability to succinctly communicate both verbally and in writing, and provide clear direction on projects
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of internal teams
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Bonus points for

  • Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Experience with digital ad retargeting is a plus
