Manager, Digital Content Marketing
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Manager, Digital Marketing will lead key programmatic marketing campaigns for both our brand, customer engagement, and recruiting efforts. This person will have strong creative writing skills to speak to our various target audiences through digital marketing channels.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Work with Senior Manager to create & execute all programmatic campaigns related to customer engagement, branding, and recruiting across multiple channels including: display, mobile, video, TV and audio
- Continually refresh creatives & marketing copy on an ongoing basis so that we have an always on digital presence
- Work with senior manager to develop creative in new media channels beyond display (i.e. video & audio)
- Optimize creative strategies based on campaign performance (a/b creative testing)
- Become an expert on the use and best practices on The Trade Desk platform, offer insights on how to improve campaigns with new data and inventory partners
- Develop winning creative strategies across various customer audience segments (agencies, brands, enterprise clients, and job prospects)
- Develop and execute client newsletter, which includes: curating content across the company, developing strong subject lines and headlines to optimize for opens and engagement, and deployment of email through marketing automation software
- Work with Trading Academy GM and Senior Manager to develop nurture email creative in our marketing automation platform to increase user enrollment and certifications
- Maintain accuracy of website by working with other marketing areas to upload and update new content as it becomes available
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Strong marketing copy writing experience (email, display, website, etc.)
- Proven self-starter and strategic thinker
- Previous experience in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Inherent desire to collaborate and support projects across teams
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work, set expectations, and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and produce consistent, quality work on time
- Creative approach to solving problems
- Make a positive contribution to the Trade Desk company and culture
