Bluecore is looking for a Manager/Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to transform our growing Finance and Operations team. This role reports to the Head of Finance and is responsible for executing on financial planning, forecasting, reporting monthly on departmental, company-wide key performance indicators, and building business cases for new ventures.

• Responsible for partnering with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting and periodic plan variance analysis.
• Enhancement and maintenance of the company’s financial planning and reporting tools as well as coordinating with other Finance team members to drive the monthly closing.
• Analytical support for new business initiatives and special projects and is expected to understand financial principles, develop a working knowledge of business operations and will not only ensure accurate records and reporting but also help provide analysis that will compel management to make informed decisions.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting activities for each department.
• Drive continuous improvement processes and tools, to achieve enhanced productivity in the FP&A team’s activities as well as to improve leadership’s understanding of business results.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (presenting, written, and spoken).
• Excellent technical understanding, problem solving and ability to translate financial items to staff.
• Effectively plan, resource and lead the implementation of new systems.
• Proven ability to effectively forecast strategically on organizational needs.
• Highly proficient in building models in Microsoft Excel and presentations in Powerpoint.
• Demonstrated drive for continuous process improvement.
• Self-starter with excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible while balancing multiple and diverse requests with competing deadlines.
• Exposure to a fast growing technology business preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, venture capital or other relevant field. Experience in SaaS or startups preferred.
• Graduate degree a plus
