Media Account Manager, LATAM

We are looking for an all-star Media Account Manager to join our new team with huge opportunities for growth. This person will be directly responsible for managing book of business focused in the Latin American region and identifying upsell/optimization opportunities at scale. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, analytical and have strong relationship management skills. It is also a requirement that candidates for this position be fluent in both Spanish and English.
Responsibilities and skills:
- Campaign launches – handling all technical requests to Ad Ops in order to launch a campaign successfully – promotion factors, spending caps, pacing, etc.
- Creative Management – getting the RSS feeds, tracking codes, images and headlines from the client and upselling to get more content and A/B testing
- Campaign Management – Working with clients to help them hit their campaign goals, budgeting and scaling
- Identify upsell opportunities at scale
- Grow revenue for large book of accounts
- Billing – communicating with accounts payable on billing issues
- Reports – analyzing and creating custom reports for clients
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct quarterly calls to help clients with campaign strategy & optimization
- Work closely with the Product, Marketing and Support organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to improve products and the customer experience
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Several years of online advertising experience, preferably working in a large ad network media company in the digital space (client-facing in the digital media/online publisher space preferred but not required)
- Proven results in a customer-facing role
- Excellent technological skills and ability to quickly learn what is needed to support the campaigns successful implementation and optimization
- Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports
- Outstanding relationship management and customer-facing skills
- A true passion for online content and in-depth knowledge of web marketing
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
