National Account Services Associate
TodayTix is seeking a full-time hard-worker to support the Account Services teams. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized, detail-oriented, patient and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Multi-tasking skills required.
This position is best suited to a theatre lover who is passionate about working with theatre and arts administrators at many of the top performing arts organizations in the country to bring to them new audiences every day.

Responsibilities
- Working with multiple intra-departmental teams to coordinate support of partnerships and promotions for variety of productions
- Daily communication with TodayTix clients and partner organizations
- Maintenance of calendars, files, and reporting for accounts
- Assist in new business development
Qualifications
- Past customer service and/or client service experience
- Minimum 2+ years’ work experience in theatre or office environment
- Interest in the theatre industry
- Previous general management/company management or arts marketing experience preferred but not required
- Basic Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite and basic HTML skills
This is a full-time position with a full suite of benefits, based in New York City. Salary commensurate with experience.
