What you’ll focus on:

Support the North American B2B Marketing Manager as well as the Global Content Marketing Manager in creating content, digital and social assets as well as assisting in planning webinars, hosting events, and supporting the sales team.

Coordinating closely with product marketing, sales enablement, content writers and international marketing managers to complete projects, analyze data and report on results.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Writing guest blog posts or write-ups for external sites
  • Copyediting blog posts and content offers
  • Helping with SEO tasks like auditing and optimizing meta descriptions, H1 tags, etc.
  • Creating, managing, and measuring a social media marketing calendar
  • Planning and setting up webinars for prospects and current customers
  • Assisting with events hosted at our NYC office
  • Reporting and analyzing data about leads, MQLs and adoption metrics
  • Supporting sales initiatives and helping them achieve their monthly revenue goals

What you’ll learn:

  • The content creation process - from goal setting, to strategic planning, to implementation and optimization
  • How to work cross functionally across the organization and drive projects with multiple stakeholders
  • How to use Hubspot (an inbound marketing/marketing automation tool) to create site pages, upload and manage files, launch and manage social media posts, analyze their performance, find patterns, and come up with ways to optimize
  • How to work with a large sales team and prioritize marketing campaigns

What you’ll need to have:

  • An online presence of some kind -- writing samples, videos, etc.
  • Experience creating content in various forms
  • Experience/knowledge of social media platforms
  • Worked with a CSM such as Wordpress
  • Be data driven and eager to learn more about the marketing funnel
  • Experience working with HubSpot, or another marketing automation platform is a plus
