The Role

In your role as Operations Coordinator, you’ll take on an instrumental leadership position in a fast-paced and hands-on environment with ownership over a wide range of responsibilities, from ensuring our locations and furnishings are maintained in showcase condition to responding quickly to address any problems that arise in real-time. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager to develop and execute effective strategies for supply distribution, quality assurance and service delivery, while providing guidance, training and coaching to your team’s Operations Associate Leads to effectively support your team of Operations Associates (OAs). You’ll play a critical role in analyzing trends and working with our Account Management team to forecast demand, arranging schedules for your team of OAs to ensure optimal coverage for cleaning and service delivery.


In a day in the life of an Operations Coordinator at Breather, we might find you:

  • Developing your team of OA Leads through training and coaching.
  • Meet KPI Objectives through managing the deployment and utilization of OAs.
  • Ensuring the quality of our spaces, especially for high profile clients.
  • Work closely with our Facilities team to prepare locations for upcoming long-term bookings, assisting with any necessary construction, deliveries and furniture assembly ahead of deadlines.
  • Actioning requests from internal communication channels between Ops and Customer Care departments, working with Concierge teams to fulfil in a timely manner to achieve Service Level Agreements.
  • Ensuring all spaces are stocked with the required items, ordering replenishments when needed.
  • Available to respond to urgent or emergency requests as-needed, even after hours or on weekends.
  • Attending weekly Ops team meeting and be prepared to share and discuss any problems, ideas, successes, etc with other markets to help improve and harmonize procedures across markets.
