The Role

Reporting to the Global Operations Manager, the Operations Analyst’s mission is to ensure every Breather space and reservation surpasses our members’ and guests’ expectations. In this analytical and self-driven role, you will focus on ensuring that City Operations teams have the knowledge and tools needed to successfully manage their day-to-day operations, with a focus on room upkeep and in-room user experience. As Breather continues to scale to thousands of spaces across the globe, your work will be critical to maintaining the consistent quality that is a hallmark of the Breather network.

At Breather, you will:

• Create and own knowledge base on Breather Operations, from guidelines on in-room amenities to checklists on how to clean spaces post-reservation.
• Ensure company-wide space standards are met across all cities so that clients have the same magical experience anywhere around the world.
• Audit existing and new space listings to ensure city Operations teams capture the full information required to allow our guests to find and enjoy the perfect Breather space for their needs.
• Build and assist in leading training programs for Operations Managers, Coordinators and Associates.
• Identify Operational challenges as the business grows and work across markets and departments to address them proactively.
• Do whatever it takes, even outside the scope of your job, to ensure that Breather runs smoothly and seamlessly.

• Analytical background is a plus.
• 2-3 years experience preferred.
