The Job - Operations CoordinatorJustworks is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support tasks within compliance, payroll and workers compensation. You will have the ability to shift between multiple undertakings, based on rapidly changing priorities. You should show interest in Compliance Management Systems, with confidence to highlight and escalate issues among them. As a crucial part of our team you will have hands on experience improving processes, and building upon the foundation for geographic growth and industry diversification within the PEO space. As the Operations Coordinator you will have the opportunity to directly impact the success of our business, blending together operational and problem-solving skills.
What you'll do- Day-to-day support for Payroll, Payroll Tax, Compliance and Workers Compensation, including but not limited to: running daily payroll and taxes, collecting/sorting mail, communicating with local, state, and federal agencies, underwriting support
- Special projects as assigned by VP Compliance
You should have:
- 4-Year College Degree required
- 1-2 years of experience in an operations field preferred
- Experience working with payroll, payroll tax, workers compensation or in another compliance related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great detail-oriented and time management skills
- An exceptional ability to work as part of a team to help solve problems
