Away is seeking an Intern on the Operations team! We are looking for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact on the company with their creativity, execution, and no-task-is-too-small attitude and is eager to take on an array of responsibilities - this is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of e-commerce! The Operations Intern will report to the Associate Operations Manager. This position is based out of our headquarters in Noho, New York City.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Facilitate processing and execution of Artist Monogramming orders
- Work cross functionally with brand marketing, communication, and retail teams to execute partnership initiatives
- Execute special projects as needed and go above and beyond to help the team in various tasks
- Working with the Customer Experience team, do whatever it takes to give our customers the amazing Away experience they have come to expect!
