We are seeking a Operations Senior Associate to join the growing Away Operations team! In this role you will work behind the scenes to ensure fulfillment processes are efficient, timely and accurate and that each and every customer has the best possible Away experience. We are looking for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact on the company with their creativity, execution, and no-task-is-too-small attitude and is eager to take on an array of responsibilities - this is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of e-commerce! The Operations Senior Associate will report to the Director of Operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Oversee the Artist Monogramming program including: timely and accurate fulfillment of orders, scheduling and capacity planning of artists, KPI reporting and developing strategies to scale the program
  • Manage fulfillment of orders to the customer- monitor orders to ensure everything is shipping properly and on time, communicate with shipping partners to resolve any issues and work with the Customer Experience team to ensure a great customer experience
  • Oversee returns and repairs teams
  • Work with warehouse to develop and execute fulfillment plans as we launch new products and initiatives
  • Work across teams such as retail, brand partnerships, data analytics, and consumer insights to help manage logistics and processes
  • Coordinate special projects as needed and go above and beyond to help the team in various tasks
  • Do whatever it takes to give our customers the amazing Away experience they have come to expect!

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 2-3 years professional experience, ideally in an operations or process-driven role
  • Strong excel and analytical skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and energetic environment
  • Never satisfied with the status quo, always thinking "how can we do this better?"
  • Eager to learn and take on new and varied responsibilities
  • Hungry to take on responsibility and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
