We are looking for self-starting intern with strong analytical, problem solving, and technical skills to join our team this Fall/Winter. In collaboration with our senior management, the intern will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging analytics projects that range from operations, sales, marketing, and support. As a post-college level intern at a fast growth start-up, your interest in Data Analytics and Operations, willingness to roll-up your sleeves and work hard will be put to use. This is a paid internship, 40/hrs a week, Monday - Friday.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with senior management to identify improvements on business processes
  • Assist various departments with requests for data and analysis
  • Deep dive into requests and develop analysis plans/solutions to turn our data into actionable insights
  • Support Senior Executives in developing, implementing and executing strategic initiatives across various departments
  • Identify, prioritize, structure, and solve other complex Data challenges through the use of technical and business judgment

About you:

  • Exceptional academic record with a degree from a top tier college or university
  • Operations enthusiast who is willing to learn
  • A degree or background in Computer Science or other IT related fields of study
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving growth environment
  • Adept at learning new systems and solving complex problems relating to systems interoperability
  • Highly resourceful at identifying marketing system successes and failures with the ability to report on such findings using quantitative and qualitative metrics
  • Highly capable in understanding the full systems lifecycle; from requirements gathering and implementation, to troubleshooting and reporting on issues.
  • Comfortable with interacting and presenting with C-Suite executives

Bonus Points:

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce and Tableau or demonstrable experience using similar platforms
