Our Partnerships team is the key to ClassPass' success. We wouldn't exist without our amazing fitness partners. In this role, you will be identifying potential studios to work with, pitching them the value of joining our platform and network and building long-lasting relationships with studio owners, managers and staff in creative and fun ways! 

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as a Partner Development Associate and work on the development team to prospect and develop new markets and drive cross-functional projects to help build the ClassPass product portfolio. 
  • Manage your own opportunity by utilizing online and offline sources to cultivate new and existing opportunities to develop and maintain your own pipeline.
  • Organize and vet both inbound and prospective studio partners coming through the funnel to help the team maintain priorities and focus.
  • Research, prospect and sell new studio partners on to the platform in potential new markets helping ClassPass expand the geographic footprint. 
  • Drive through the partnerships full cycle by making/sending introductory calls and emails, assessing and building the relationship and closing the deal.
  • Develop creative, fun, and innovative ways in which you connect and build out your relationships with potential partners and share across the team.
  • Ability to negotiate legal terms and conditions and pricing and inventory restrictions to better inform the best possible partnership for outside partners and ClassPass.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly target goals.
  • Handle multiple projects outside of your pipeline while maintaining daily kpi’s and metrics.

Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of relentlessly high standards and top performance
  • Highly organized individual with ability to prioritize and attention to detail
  • A genuine curiosity about people and local businesses and the innate ability to inspire passion in others
  • Ability to travel in-market to help expand the ClassPass geographic footprint
  • A team player and comfortable with an ever-changing startup environment
  • Resilience and an ability to overcome objections and obstacles with an openness to feedback, and dedication to consistent self improvement
  • Positive and inventive attitude and a drive to win with friendly competition
  • Technical experience in computer programs such as CRM systems, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Keynote, etc.
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years relevant experience
