Partner Director
We’re seeking a Partner Director to effectively build and manage partner relationships to generate channel revenue. As a member of the New Initiatives team you won’t be following a historic track, but instead blazing a trail of new, emerging business opportunities!

What you’ll do…
- Identify, organize, negotiate, secure and grow strategic business opportunities with executives at partner organizations.
- Collaborate with our Partner Program Manager and internal teams to ensure a smooth execution of partnership programs.
- Optimize our referral funnel, developing a measurable and repeatable partner referral program.
- Manage our growing external consultant certification program
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years work experience in relationship-driven roles, e.g. Strategy/ Business Development, Account Management, Consulting or Partnership Management
- Passion for connecting with partners who will help our customers scale their teams and culture
- Exceptional written and oral presentation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, both internally and externally
- Experience and/or comfortability working within the scope of a small team
- Experience within SaaS or HR industry space a bonus, but not required
