WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The payroll analyst will be charged to perform the day to day payroll administration. They will be responsible for delivering accurate payroll data for the company’s semi-monthly payroll cycle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Oversee ADP payroll system
  • Prepare, approve and review payroll for US and UK
  • Process one time payroll requests
  • Perform weekly timesheets reconciliation
  • Management of 401(k) system/contributions
  • Assist in reporting for quarterly and annual tax compliance
  • Respond to any IRS/unemployment requests
  • Manage performance based compensation - calculation and approvals

 WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong knowledge of Excel skills
  • 1+ years of payroll experience
  • Working knowledge of ADP (or similar PEO system)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Available for 25-30 hours per week
