  • Maintain employee data in our HRIS including updating organizational structure changes, job titles, and salary increases
  • Create and maintain employee files and audit overall data integrity across all of our systems
  • Support a high quality onboarding experience by running background checks and reviewing candidate documentation
  • Be the first line of contact for all employee questions sent to the internal People Ops email alias
  • Conduct employment verifications and handle unemployment claims
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects across the team as needed

Requirements:

  • Must be a highly collaborative team player and boast a “can do attitude”, with the ability to forge great relationships both within and outside the People Ops team
  • Enjoys a “roll up your sleeves” environment and is comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced and challenging workplace
  • Personality that exudes warmth, caring, and passion, as well as a poised, “client-service” oriented mentality
  • Preferred but not required: Working knowledge of HRIS systems, benefits plans and/or payroll processes
  • A desire to be in the HR/People Ops Field and learn more about all aspects of HR
