We are looking for our first Manager of People Ops, who will work with the leadership team at Knotch to shape the vision for the recruiting and people function.
Responsibilities
- Build an end to end recruitment process for technical and non-technical hires (define job specs, source, run smooth processes, negotiate and close)
- Creatively build the Knotch brand externally
- Work with the leadership team to shape our hiring culture
- Ensure all new hires are successfully onboarded
- Build out HR policies and processes to align with the Knotch culture
- Identify opportunities to enrich employee growth and overall Knotch experience
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in the People function at a high-growth startup is a must
- Process oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Engineering background not a must, but must have sales aptitude and ability to screen engineers
- Critical thinker
- Entrepreneurial
- Creative
- Hustle and scrappiness; you will be the one-man or one-woman show for a while on the People front, so you must be willing to get in there and get your hands dirty
