The Role:

Act as the preconstruction team lead while facilitating, expediting and driving projects within the deployment process.

What you will accomplish:

• Provide leadership for pre construction team by managing, coordinating, and developing staff 
• Assist in various stages through the project life cycle, from planning to pre-construction, construction and post construction (with a focus on pre construction) 
• Preconstruction siting design and support 
• Site remediation 
• Greenfield siting 
• Monitor the budget, oversee and document all aspects of the project 
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems 
• Coordinate field activities, assist with issue resolution or escalation 
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions. 
• Maintain project database by entering and monitoring data 
• Manage workflow and assignments 
• Review, analyze and evaluate processes continuously looking for ways to optimize 
• Responsible for special projects with city and outside agencies 
• Assist team with special projects as needed

What we are looking for:

• 5 years project manager, project engineer or related field 
• Construction, telecom or site work experience a plus 
• Proficient in Excel 
• SiteTraker or database experience a plus 
• CAD experience a plus 
• Multitasking ability (prioritize, organize, and schedule work) 
• Problem-solving (identify, analyze, research, evaluate and resolve) 
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal and partner management) 
• Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools

Education: Bachelor Degree in engineering, architecture, project management or related field
