We are seeking a Production Coordinator for our Print Department. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a competitive, high energy, fast paced environment. The applicant must be enthusiastic, hard working, proactive and extremely organized. Intersection’s Print Department is a full-service production team that handles all print jobs related to both our media contracts and client-direct relationships. This position focuses on the Station Domination and Specialty Media side of our transit business, providing pricing and format information to clients and our sales staff while managing the progression of each print job from initial art inquiries/questions to material delivery.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Issuing price quotes for print jobs
  • Processing Purchase Orders
  • Managing all production-related aspects for our markets
  • Tracking financials for each project. Maintaining and updating completion detail and financial trackers.
  • Partnering with Operations Managers to schedule media installation and provide updates
  • Other duties may be assigned

 

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of print production experience
  • Proficiency in Google Apps and Excel, including use of pivot tables
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of purchasing platforms (ie. Great Plains) a plus
