The Role:

We are seeking a Print Production Coordinator for our Print Department. You should be enthusiastic, hard working, proactive, extremely organized, and comfortable working in a competitive, high energy, fast paced environment. Intersection’s Print Department is a full-service production team that handles all print jobs related to both our media contracts and client-direct relationships.

What you will accomplish:

• Manage all production related aspects for our markets and specialty projects as directed.
• Track financials for each project managed
• Issue quotes for production related jobs
• Responsible for purchase order entry for each project
• Maintain and update all production related files/trackers when necessary
• Communicate updates with Operations Managers/staff as needed
• Support the Production Department with special projects as needed
• Other duties may be assigned

What we are looking for:

• Proficiency in Google Applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Great Plains knowledge is a plus but not required
