About the Role 

The Product Enablement Consultant will work as part of the Namely Enablement team to develop and facilitate engaging training content modules and documentation to enable power users among clients and within Namely. This role will also be responsible for delivering client and internal training and some travel may be required.

The ideal candidate is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. They understand adult learning and are passionate about excellent client service. You must have experience developing and delivering content in both physical and virtual classroom settings, and be extremely client focused. Experience in managing and maintaining Learning or Knowledge Management Systems is a must.


Responsibilities:

External Responsibilities:

  • Work with Project Managers and other internal teams to develop training plans.
  • Assist with new product releases and communications.
  • Develop training material and end user resources including guides, workbooks, handouts, or FAQ’s other print materials.
  • Write, edit, and proofread eLearning courses
  • Conduct Instructor led training in classroom or virtual settings
  • Update existing training materials to ensure that content is accurate and follows the Namely Enablement Vision
  • Participate in process improvement and other Namely Enablement initiatives as assigned

Internal Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deliver trainings that are focused on our internal roles to enable full Namely Product Utilization.
  • Facilitate Client Success product and process training
  • Create and deliver internal training materials for product releases and platform updates
Requirements:
  • You should have a minimum of 3+ years of software application training delivery
  • You should have a minimum of 3+ years payroll and/or benefits experience
  • Proven ability to learn new software and systems, and easily adapt to rapid change in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Excellent classroom and virtual presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills
  • Possess the ability to communicate concepts in a concise, logical manner so trainees can absorb and retain content
  • Experience in building and maintaining an LMS or knowledge management system
  • Passion for learning, teaching and mastering complex system functionality
  • Extreme comfort and confidence in presenting to large groups using a variety of delivery methods
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Understanding of ADDIE and Agile learning practices is a valuable asset 
  • Some Travel Required
