Product Operations, Clinical Trials
Our Provider Product Operations team works across several exciting provider initiatives including financial analytics, value-based care and clinical trials. This particular role will be uniquely focused on product implementations and operations that will contribute to the success of our evolving clinical trials initiatives. You will work closely with our community oncology practices to understand their research programs and workflows, and use that knowledge to successfully lead implementations. You will collaborate and work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, operations and Oncology teams to successfully deliver our clinical trials products to practices in our research network; empowering and enabling sites to improve clinical trials operations within their organization.
This role will be heavily customer-facing and requires the ability to build strong, strategic relationships with customers throughout the implementation as well as support and drive engagement with our products long-term. You will be highly collaborative internally, working with teams across our Provider and Research organizations. Ideal candidates will have strong product instincts and implementation experience, deep insight into practice workflows (especially as it relates to clinical research) and demonstrate exceptional project management and communication skills. As this is an evolving initiative, the ideal candidate for this role will be comfortable with ambiguity and excited about role evolution over time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the end-to-end implementation of clinical trials software, including project management, product training and workflow optimization
- Provide front line product support for internal and external customers
- Act as a subject matter expert on our clinical trials products for internal teams
- Manage the content in our clinical trials knowledge base, generate product release notes and updates for customers
- Work closely with product and engineering to synthesize customer feedback, prioritize development and conduct QA for new feature development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and prioritize projects, mitigate risks and ensure appropriate planning and allocation of resources
- Work with Sales and Account teams to ensure all activities for a site are well coordinated and aligned with broader business goals
- Collect, organize and synthesize customer feedback into clear business cases and user stories for our Product and Engineering teams
- Create, standardize and document processes so that each implementation is easier than the last one
- Facilitate regular project updates for internal and external senior stakeholders to provide transparency across various workstreams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a top tiered university
- 2+ years experience working as part of a practice research team, clinical research organization (CRO) or health tech organization
- Experience implementing and supporting clinical workflow applications (e.g. EHR, CTMS)
- Product savvy, with a knack for leveraging technology and data to improve the end user experience
- Excited to work side-by-side with colleagues across functions, including those with technical and medical backgrounds
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills and can expertly tailor communications for senior leadership down to end users
- Exceptionally organized with the ability to prioritize and negotiate resources in a challenging, time-sensitive environment
- Ambiguous, motivated self-starter who can flex between projects when priorities shift

- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to support site implementation activities
Bonus points:
- Strong understanding of clinical trials operations, especially in a community oncology setting
- Experience in a scrum/agile software development environment
- Experience working in a matrix organization
