We're looking for a Project Manager to lead our design and development teams through the creation process and ensure that all final products are of high quality. The ideal candidate has a strong UX background and experience creating simple, elegant experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a various teams to understand the product vision and break it down into an actionable backlog of user stories for the development team  
  
• Collaborate with the development team to prioritize, plan, and deliver software that meets the defined requirements  
  
• Continuously track and report on the progress of projects and deliverables to the Chief Product Officer  
  
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential hurdles, and devise contingency plans  
  
• Work with our internal designer to ensure timely delivery of designs to the development team
  

Qualifications 

• Excellent leadership, diplomacy, and communication skills  
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision-making  
  
• Previous success working with an agile development team, including engineers, designers, and business stakeholders  
  
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks  
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  
• Knowledge of UX is a bonus
