Fareportal, Inc. d/b/a CheapOAir in New York, New York is looking for Project Manager to perform the following duties: Responsible for some of the company’s large projects. Geographically services being delivered across several locations in the US, UK, Canada and Asia. Delivery of Key Revenue Generating Multi-Channel Contact Center Projects. Application development and maintenance, Consulting services, Infrastructure services, Business Technology Services and Testing Services. Manage complex client & partner relationships spanning across multiple geographies and decision making units. Lead, manage and mentor teams to deliver services, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and increase revenues. Internal Customer Responsibilities Include: Internal Client Engagement and Relationship Management; Anchoring Solutions; Conduct presentations; SOW (Statement of Work) Management; Smooth and on track delivery of Global Projects; Project Steering Committee & Governance; Internal Customer Satisfaction. People Responsibilities Include: Recruitment & Salary; Performance appraisal; Mentoring & guidance; Progression & Improvement plans; Communications. Management and Operational Responsibilities include: Strategic project planning and execution; Regional Business strategies; Service Delivery and Governance. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field plus 4 years of experience in job offered or as Program Manager. Experience in job offered or related field must include the following: Project Management including scheduling, financial reporting, performance reporting, communications, issues/risks/actions management, procurement Management and other key PM Skillsets; Cisco UCCE Engineering and development; navigating various environments where culture and structure varies within the organization; Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; UC, UCCE, WebEx. 40 hour work week. $119,000/year.
