About this Position
Demand to implement our software is driving our need to grow as a firm and we are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Project Manager. This will be a critical role working with new clients and the Axoni team to implement our platform and meet our clients’ needs. Candidates should have a passion for project management, capital markets and emerging technology.
You will support client implementations and projects from the initial discovery phase through the final delivery phase, drawing on your experience in delivering large scale, complex capital markets technology in an innovative and flexible ways. You will need experience working in an agile team environment, working closely with analysts and engineering to create solutions for our clients. You must be a strategic thinker able to see obstacles and opportunities ahead so that you guide projects appropriately. You will need strong verbal and written communication skills so that you can collaborate with clients and our team clearly and concisely. We are a collaborative team, and you should be a team player who thrives working with others.
This position reports to the Director of Client Services
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead client implementation engagements.
- Work with client and Axoni teams to ensure timely and complete delivery of Axoni solutions to clients.
- Provide subject matter expertise on capital markets workflows to clients and Axoni development teams.
- Maintain orderly and up to date project plans for internal and external consumption
- Build and maintain product roadmaps synthesizing the requirements of clients, the markets, and ongoing platform investment focused on building the platform that will drive client adoption.
Experience
- Ideally 7+ years as a capital markets technology product and or hands on implementation manager with a financial services technology vendor or equivalent experience within a financial institution
- Demonstrable experience in working with multiple teams across a dynamic environment to deliver successful implementations of capital markets technology
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
