Overview:

As the project manager, your role is to partner cross functionally across Partnerships, Marketing, Product, Design & Engineering, to effectively managing the delivery of all project workstreams and key deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all project deliverables and phases are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, as well as key success criteria and deliverable dates
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, elevate risks and help mitigate and resolve project risks
  • Coordinate with all internal resources and partners for the flawless execution of projects
  • Manage overall project budget to ensure we stay on track

Skills Required:

  • 3-5 years of enterprise level experience in a Program/Project Management capacity
  • Track record of strategically aligning program/project management methodologies while working within a product organization
  • Proven experience working as an individual contributor in a non micro-managed environment
  • Providing credibility with Senior Leaders and ability to navigate relationships to advance the priorities of the project
  • Quick learner, with ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel and foresee potential issues and roadblocks
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience working in a Product Management organization and an eye for recognizing and foreseeing potential project issues
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Strong time management skills with an emphasis on prioritization
  • In-depth problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; Demonstrated ability to employ fact-based decision-making to resolve complex problems, by applying logic analysis, experience and business knowledge
  • Ability to work across 3 different locations which include New York, Phoenix, and Milwaukee
  • Understanding of Agile methodology a plus
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Certifications within project management is a plus but not required (PMP/CSM)
